AKAI's MPC LIVE 3 is the next evolution of the standalone MPC — a total leap forward with a bigger 6.9″ touchscreen, an 8-core processor running roughly four times faster than the MPC LIVE II, and 128GB of onboard storage (up from just 16GB). It packs a lot of features and workflow tools into one powerful portable unit: beat programming, editing, mixing, FX and instruments and so much more — using the same MPC software foundation as the MPC X, MPC LIVE, TOUCH, and Studio. Lessons go step by step so you'll understand the workflow on both the software and hardware.

The MPC LIVE 3 introduces a dedicated 16-button step sequencer, next-generation MPCe pads with 3D sensing for extra expression, and a built-in microphone for sampling on the go — plus Wi-Fi and Bluetooth file transfer, XLR/TRS combo inputs with phantom power, and a stereo phono input for sampling straight off vinyl. With roughly three hours of internal battery life and the full MPC Pro Pack included out of the box, it's Akai Professional's most powerful standalone production center yet.
